Lol, another question, but where will u put the "Subscribe" button? Do u plan to put it on the players profile, under there track titles, in the share part of a track etc
hey all, just wanted to give an update. Today I got pulled into some other priorities so didn't get as much time to do the subscriptions so unfortunately we won't be able to release it this week, next week for sure!
Not really sure if I like this trending update... The tracks on the first page are a lot worse than they used to be, with only like 3 decent tracks on there
Will have to re-evaluate after we get through a full 2 weeks, my guess it is more related to the types of tracks being submitted so current trending is not a true representation of what it will be. Example: - when we submitted and with the previous recommended we were always pushing players to the same tracks / not highlighting new ones or shuffling order, which is bad for a few reasons, one being that it would pump up those trending tracks and drive most players to the top few. - when we released kirby 8bit + mockingjay pixel art had already benefited for the increased plays, other tracks like snowrider and distant planet didnt benefit for as long which is why they are falling off with respect to those 2 does that make sense. - if the above 4 tracks were released today I think we would see more plays / ratings for snowrider + distant planet and those other 2 would have fallen off Subscribers will help drive early plays for those that have a following.
