      Yes, you can challenge him.

      PS: Now you can see in the spreadsheet people that are on challenges with a purple font in their names and people who are on a breaks with a white font in their names (blue if they are on the Unranked section), so I hope it helps people with their challenges. You can challenge someone that is in the same rank (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Unranked...) as you or in any rank above you.

      better yet, check the first post if you have ANY questions AT ALL. if you read through the entire post and your question is still not answered, THEN ask in the chat. its getting quite annoying answering very simple questions that the first post answers many times over.
