    I just made a change that may fix the issue.
    If you continue to experience the issue on tracks where you are certain friends have completed the track but are not showing up on friend leaderboard please let me know.

    Loopy Mtns. 2.0 is my track! oh and I think that you should be able to put friend requests that your not quite sure of in a "get to know this guy better" ssection

    OK I think I have tracked down the bug where friends were not showing and should now be fixed for future races.
    Let me know if you continue to see any more issues.
