      As Calculus mentioned, we actually managed to reach out to Eric, so he was able to distribute the coins and Pro membership (!!!) to the winners. We just created the medals and awarded them. So, since we also handed VIP to loge_0 already, we managed to keep our word and award the initially intended prizes. Once again, thanks to Eric for the help and to everyone that joined, and also congrats to loge_0, Egona and Baltic for the medals and prizes!

      We'll try to come back stronger last time, but it's cool that we managed to get some closure on this and that things worked out in the end.

      They were honestly quick to respond this time around; he responded and took action within 48h of our email being sent. I think we will be able to rely on him in the future, so long as it's for small things like coin prizes.
