When is life time achievements coming out?

I agree with that but just keep in mind that Char would have a lot on his plate recently. Don't forget that he also has a life that he needs to live and he doesn't need to constantly listen to all the suggestions. Give him a bit of a break I reckon. Don't think about all the negatives of the game because there are plenty more positives.

Still no lifetime achievements

In fact I can't even see any sign of lifetime achievements now. There used to be a sign saying 'coming soon' but now there's just daily achievements.
