Char already said himself that he's putting most of his free time into developing a new Free Rider game (Free Rider Community Edition / FRCE), so he doesn't have a lot of left over time to be active in this game let alone in it's community.

 

I believe he may be working on a new FRHD game or an update! He is an Admin he doesnt have much time to be involved in the forums thats what the other moderators are for!
