decided to make my own personal top 20 list. i made this list with many things taken into consideration instead of just only detail and ride. while those are big factors (and are still the main ones), there is also so much more that should be looked at. like consistency, how consistent these guys were, always putting out bangers after bangers. longevity, how long they have been so great, most for so many years. and impact, how impactful their tracks were, how many creators took inspiration from them, how they influenced so many other great creators.
with so many different styles, so much to think about, all of these artists could be top 1 of any list and honestly it was pretty frustrating to make this list lol, i think my top 5 is solidified but after that it took a lot of thought to put the rest in order

I like weems list, brave yet controversial

 

it was a really hard list to make and took maybe a little too much thought for me lol, but the top 10 have definitely had so much impact on us and you're all legends of the community

 

I respect an opinion. I've always thought Mr..a brings some stuff to the table that I don't I.e. ride and overall picture

It's not an easy list and probably won't ever be a definitive one. I respect anything that comes out to thought though, not here to toot horns or stroke off yknow.

Me Volund and Ness are working on an updated version but it's still going to be opinionated at the end of the day.

fair. I think the hardest thing about judging is the fact that there are so many different things to look at. Art is different, and just because one is different than another doesn't mean that one is better. Like comparing crocs and converse. (although crocs are obviously better). Not to mention ride creation like you said. mammoth is one of my favorite tracks to ride, but you're still higher than him imo for track creation.
