Both tracks are now live! Good luck to all contestants! The first round of points will be recorded Friday at around 9-10pm (UTC-5).

Whoa!!! Now i am number 1 on both of the tracks.
Not confident that this will last though.

 

I'm talking to Sono about how this is going. We may release 4 tracks next week. 2 trials, one track that is smooth and has flow, and another where you have to control you speed and angle to make a smooth flow. I think that if you can get a good score on all of those types, you deserve to be in VER, but we'll see what Sono says.

Very cool. I don't expect to do well on these kinds of tracks, but I'm happy I caught this thing happening.

 

Hm, I see Asierro is competing after all, so somebody fell out of the leaderboard.

That's definitely a problem.. I'm not too sure how to get around that. I was hoping the VER guys would just not play the tracks. Jacob and I will figure something out for you guys.

 

========================== UPDATE ==========================
We have come to the conclusion that it will be way too tedious, complicated, and unfair to award points every night. We are now going to record the points on Thursday, November 27th only.
Also, we are going to extend our contest and add another round of tracks beginning on next Thursday. These tracks will most likely not be trials, as we want to test our contestants on all types of tracks.

Lastly, I would also like to say that we are very excited that a lot of you are taking interest in this contest. We can't wait to see who will arise as our top riders!
