Unable to access old account due to old school email being deleted

Pretty self explanatory, I had an account by the name of Wilkillerxl1 made way back and it's been lost to time as my email has been deleted, I was dumb enough to make it with my school account and I was wondering if there was a way for myself to gain access to it.
