      better than abroam linclon?

Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth, upon this continent, a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived, and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battle field of that war. We come to dedicate a portion of it, as a final resting place for those who died here, that the nation might live. This we may, in all propriety do. But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate we can not consecrate we can not hallow, this ground The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have hallowed it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here; while it can never forget what they did here. It is rather for us, the living, we here be dedicated to the great task remaining before us that, from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they here, gave the last full measure of devotion that we here highly resolve these dead shall not have died in vain; that the nation, shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.

In your country? All of them work for me.

      In other news:

I'm being completely honest. Photos coming from the front lines in Ukraine, from both sides of the conflict, are some of the most disturbing and disgusting things you will ever see. The Democrat warlords have no conscious.

I agree with Russia here. And I am sorry for the individuals aboard those ships.

I don't want US/NATO soldiers to be drawn into this conflict. I want an end to this conflict. Don't conflate me agreeing with Russia's warning as siding with them.

At this point, I'm way past taking a side. The war is at a near stand-still but people are still sent to the meat grinder on both sides. It's pure evil, run by the political narrative that one side has to "win". But in reality both countries have lost greatly.

Once upon a time, in a world where music and politics collided, a unique and unexpected leader emerged: rapper Drake. It was a time of great division and uncertainty in the United States, and the people yearned for a figure who could bridge the gaps and unite them in harmony.

Drake's rise to power began with his remarkable journey as a musician. He had captured the hearts and minds of millions worldwide with his infectious beats, insightful lyrics, and his ability to connect with people from all walks of life. His music resonated deeply, transcending boundaries of race, age, and socio-economic status.

Recognizing the power of his influence, Drake made a bold decision to step into the political arena. He believed that his unique perspective and ability to bring people together through his music could be translated into the realm of governance. With his magnetic personality and a deep passion for social justice, Drake embarked on a mission to change the world.

Drake's campaign was unlike anything ever witnessed in the history of American politics. He didn't rely on traditional campaign strategies; instead, he engaged directly with his fans and supporters through social media platforms, concerts, and public events. He spoke to the concerns of everyday citizens, empathizing with their struggles and promising to address them head-on.

His campaign slogan, "21, can you do sum for me" became a rallying cry for unity and solidarity. Drake's ability to connect with people from all walks of life made him the perfect candidate to bridge the gaps between diverse communities and heal the wounds of a divided nation.

As the election day drew near, Drake's popularity soared. His message of hope, love, and inclusivity resonated deeply with a nation yearning for change. People saw in him a leader who genuinely cared, a leader who listened, and a leader who believed in the power of collaboration.

When the election results were announced, the nation erupted in joy and anticipation. Drake had won by a landslide, and his inauguration day became a historic moment in American history. He took the oath of office, becoming the first rapper to hold the highest position in the land.

Drake's presidency was marked by a series of transformative policies and initiatives. He tackled systemic inequalities, investing in education, healthcare, and affordable housing. His administration worked tirelessly to reform the criminal justice system, aiming for fairness and rehabilitation rather than punishment.

Drake also prioritized environmental sustainability, launching ambitious green initiatives and encouraging clean energy alternatives. His administration actively engaged with scientists and experts to combat climate change, emphasizing the importance of preserving the planet for future generations.

But what truly set Drake apart was his unwavering commitment to unity and diplomacy on the global stage. He used his influential platform to foster relationships with leaders from around the world, transcending political differences and forging alliances built on respect and collaboration. His efforts led to breakthroughs in international conflicts, promoting peace and understanding.

As the years passed, the impact of Drake's presidency became evident. The nation experienced a remarkable healing process, and the United States emerged stronger and more united than ever before. His legacy as a transformative leader who transcended boundaries and brought people together remains etched in history.

Drake's presidency showcased the power of music, art, and compassion in the realm of politics. He proved that a rapper could become not only an influential artist but also a visionary leader capable of guiding a nation toward a better future. His tenure as the best US president was a testament to the idea that true leadership knows no bounds.

Got around to reading some of the main points of the new debt limit deal: https://docs.house.gov/billsthisweek/20230529/BILLS-118hrPIH-fiscalresponsibility.pdf

Seems to be very bipartisan, which I like. I see individuals on both sides of the aisle seething, and that's always a good sign.

But I do feel the roughly $30 billion increase in military spending from $850some to $880some billion, further tells me that we are inching closer to a direct conflict. Once this bill is ratified, I expect something major to happen.

A lot of disaster relief spending was cut in the deal, so I would not be surprised by an upcoming disaster either.

Republicans raised the debt ceiling 3 times when Trump was president, with no preconditions. I believe that there weren't any spending cuts at all. I don't understand why Biden doing it is so bad but Trump wasn't. I think it's dangerous either way.

There's nothing inherently wrong with raising the debt limit, as the debt limit would naturally increase over time due to inflation, recession, war, disaster and most recently the pandemic. As we can see in the graph below the debt limit is relative to all those things, however there is an unprecedented outlier. I disagree with the whack jobs on the Republican side who expect the debt ceiling to fall (which it never will), as well as the whack jobs on the Democrat side who expect the government to have no fiscal responsibility.

Biden stumbled and fell today. It happens, and I don't think this specific occurrence is indicative of lack of cognitive abilities. Rather, I think that every time he speaks. But it is concerning how much he struggled to get up, clearly fragile.

Trump also spoke today at a Town Hall with Sean Hannity, can't find the full video yet but there's multiple clips.
