Thoughts on a 8-bit Campaign Contest

I wouldn't mind making some pixely tracks.

 

Please Eric rethink this plz I think it be a great idea for a pixel campaign example is what I'll be making and what WyattStonhouse made

 

So you got potentially 3 tracks? Lol

 

Eric do you mean tracks made solely from squares or tracks like Super Mario Bros. by Stig cause i dont think you should do the pixel tracks but tracks based on the old 8-bit games would be awesome.

p.s. By contest do you mean that this would be an official contest judged by you and featured mods. with the prize being a campaign and maybe something else. Because that would be awesome and i'd come out of retirement for that.

 

A full pixelated track would be waaaaay too time consuming, even for Eli, tbh.
How about you just make a Retro contest instead?
Also, if somebody doesn't enter this with a Super Metroid entry, then fu/ck you all

This track is easy good length and ,by no means actually campaign standards probably but it's original imo but there's no way this would even get in the campaign idk why I even said,"rethink this"

Not an image an actual track I'm calling it pixel cave heck there could be a would of themed pixeled mountains and caves but everyone is a lazy **** <------- probably shouldn't say that because I have a preview of this track made a year ago here http://www.freeriderhd.com/t/101953-lucjohnson-pixel-cave-collab please don't try to be mean about how much it sucks

 

I am aware of situations that aren't images. I have done that before, you should know that. I'm even working on a forest/cave/fire situation. Still didn't seem much of representation from yours. Now that you've told me I do kinda see what you were aiming for.
