Imo the romance was pretty forced. They were trying to add a Han/Leia Romance from the original trilogy and it just didn't work.

 

There is many inaccuracies between the old and new ones

 

Not necessarily inaccuracies, these are post Empire. The New Order may have moved away from clone armies. The General did say "they are bred to be perfect or something like that. Possibly the reason Fin went rogue was because they didn't bred him, they kidnapped him.

 

I dont believe this, but good theory

 

Hopefully a lot more will become clearer in the next couple movies.
Edit: for instance I'm wondering if Rey is Han and Leia's daughter because 1. Han opened right up to her 2. She and Han said the exact same thing about ships/technology at the same time and 3. She kinda looks like Leia

 

I was left thinking that she was lukes daughter, but that also is a possibility

 

Anakin was super good with ships so it could be either. I'm ready for the next movie

 

I'm sure she was Han/Leia's daughter in the once was cannon 7-9 trilogy books. Under the name Jaina Solo but it could equally be Luke's child. Especially when Kylo Ren/ Ben Solo is directly from the character Jacen Solo.
