I'm in university studying physical activity and nutrition. My majors this year (done) have been the anatomy and physiology of the human body, aswell as human biomechanics. I'm in my first year due to previous army service.

On Saturdays, I work 9am-2pm at a pub about 15 miles down the road. Nothing special and I don't get much, but it's enough to keep me going alongside school.

Now that I am in holidays I am currently studying; how to get killer abs, need to desperately study how to restore my chest, (used to bench 100kg (220 lbs) probably cant even bench 80kg anymore), need to study my work on my vertical jump program for basket ball...

Sounds like health and stuff I find health easy for me but I don't like it at all what rank were you in the army my brother was in the marines for 4 years I think he got a lands corp. or something corp.
