it is a very unhealthy thing to do, thinking of yourself as a victim all the time because of ethnicity, thinking you cant accomplish anything because of some imaginary obstacle of white supremacy. dont build your whole identity/persona around your race and you wont feel nearly as attacked when someone is racist toward you. it's best to just brush things like that off. race doesnt matter, be yourself.

that being said, cops arent racist, dont believe everything youre spoonfed and think for yourself. acquire information from all sides of the problem and dont dismiss anything on the basis of who said it.
