Sometimes I have these sudden jerks and movements, like, whenever im behind a window or something I feel like someone is watching me and then reaching out then I suddenly just turn around but get very scared, they're somewhat seizure like but not atual seizures. Does anyone know what that's called, or at least know hot to deal with it?

Hmmm. To be honest I don't believe that is a disorder or a tremor, but it could be severe paranoia or anxiety from a different underlying problem that is showing up in your life through sudden fright and movements. Like if you were hiding something from your parents or having family / friend drama, and have been keeping down those feelings for a long time. Truthfully, we all have times like what you're describing when we feel that someone is watching us or trying to "get" us. Some are fortunate to have it be mild and some have it more severe like you, but we all have it and we've all experienced it in one way or another. I, for instance, had it bad when my mom and her then boyfriend fought. They argued a lot and it always came back to me to take the brunt of it because they had no one else to vent to and I am the eldest child. I was scared to talk to anyone about it so I held it in, and after a couple months I had exactly what you had, having the feeling that someone was watching me and reaching out behind me even when my back was to a wall. It was terrifying and I never got to relax because of it, only adding fuel to the fire that was fuming inside me. Taking the fear from before and not talking to people about it, I had to deal with it until 3 years after my mom and her boyfriend broke up, at which point the feelings just faded away or I got so used to them that I didn't notice it anymore, but at that point I decided to finally confide in my best friend. Truthfully, it felt great to finally take all those weights off my shoulders, so much so that I felt like a new person, alive and full of energy for the next thing life threw at me.

That being said, it sucked having to deal with that for almost 3.5 years and I don't want you to have to deal with it if at all possible. I get that you don't know me, I don't know you, but if you'll let me, I'd like to try to help you in the way that helped me (you can say no or ask for someone else who you know more to help)

Thanks so much. It's glad to hear that someone relates to my situation. There has been some certain stuff going on that has put much weight on my shoulders, tho I'd rather not address that stuff here exactly because I feel like that some of the people here might think it's pointless or stupid but I feel (even though this is the first time ever speaking to you) that you might be able to relate from what you said in your paragraph. Maybe I could make a convo with you? If that's okay, if not that's TOTALLY fine. (Also this might have many spelling, english, and grammatical issues, so sorry about that). Again though, thanks bunches bro, really helped out.

I'm no psychologist, but sounds like something that would be well-known. Probably pretty common.

I have felt something similar to that before when I stay up late too many nights in a row and get mentally tired. If you are in the bad habit of staying up late or just getting very little sleep, you should change that. 8 hours of sleep is a good goal to shoot for.

If that doesn't apply to you then it could be a mental issue. Doesn't seem too serious by your description, but if you let it get to you it might get worse. Just focus on the fact that every time you have an episode, nothing happens, no one is really there. Focusing on this might help you overcome that feeling in the first place, so that you don't jerk or turn around to check. Another thing to try is resist the urge to check behind you (or wherever you want to check) until the feeling passes. That will help validate the fact that nothing is wrong despite having that feeling. This is the same thing I do when I get a paranoid feeling.

It's kind of like a fear of the dark. Your room has the same things in it whether the lights are on or off, despite having that fear. Once that is realized for long enough, the fear will slowly go away. (I'm not saying you have a fear of the dark, just trying to make a comparison lol)

I don't know if it's sleep or not, I usually get to bed around 10 and wake up at 6:30 which is about 8 hours (more or less). But still thanks, ill try to get to bed earlier and see if that works.

Is there anything common in the episodes? Or does it happen at random times?

like rube and wayward already mentioned, its probably very common. i myself have some type of these. i have reflexes that i cant control sometimes. like out of nowhere i feel like someone is grabbing my foot under the table for example and i kinda twitch in a way i cant exactly control. but i noticed that you can at least minimize these incidents. in my case, i keep reminding myself that there is nothing under the table and therefore those reflexes become much less. maybe in your case its a good idea to make it a habit that whenever you're looking through a window to first look at the room or place you're in and reassure yourself that everything around you is normal. there could be other factors as well obviously, not sleeping enough like rube mentioned or other reasons. maybe not do things that may creep you a little bit. for example, i dont like looking at mirrors at night because of all those scary movies that i've watched. so maybe you are doing something that just unnecessarily creeps you out that if you quit, it would help you get rid of these movements. thats all i can say since wayward and rube gave excellent answers. : )
    also:
dont do that. there is nothing worth keeping as weight on your shoulders. im 100% sure that anyone mature enough to realize how much little things matter in terms of stress and anxiety would know anything you discuss here is important. so dont think its stupid because its really not. every little detail matters. if you think you want any help or advice about it, just ask like in that post you just made. we'll try to help. and hopefully, step by step you get better.
