I must apologize for spamming this thread, but here's some information.
For the beginning, I played it so many times that I memorized certain timings.
^0-0.67
^<z 0.67-1.03
^ 1.03-1.13
^> 1.13-1.50
^z 1.50-1.93
^< 1.93-2.60
^> 2.60-2.73
^< afterwards
I forgot a little bit more after that, and even further, it was just a regular ghost. The shortest spacebarring period is 0.10 seconds, so it's definitely reproducible. That glitched jump to the helicopter blades was extremely lucky.
Pausing at the right time is very difficult. I can consistently pause every 0.10 seconds, occasionally pause every 0.07 seconds, and cannot pause every 0.03 seconds. It's always best to pause earlier than the critical times. When I'm more than 0.10 seconds early, I can somewhat easily spacebar to arrive at the desired time. When I'm 0.07 or 0.03 seconds early, I have to unpause, press the necessary keys, and then pause. Though my thumb can't double tap a key under 0.10 seconds, I can tap two different keys with two different fingers in under 0.10 seconds which allows for such precise movements. Since I wanted to get consistent beginnings, I did a lot of trial and error, using as few changes in key presses that I could find since I'd have to memorize them. After some time I simply resorted to normal spacebarring, which probably produced more inputs than what I did at the beginning. In other words, the beginning took a lot of effort and looks simpler while the end took less effort and looks more complicated.
