How is this unfair when you have been proven guilty of using 3rd party tools many times. None of this would have happened if you just didn't abuse tas in the first place. You should be thankful that totoca12 wrote out that long message about this, and he and eryp agreed to let you have another chance... If they wanted, they could have just said no, then not let you submit any more ghosts because of how you hacked in the past. Instead, they were generous. Don't screw up your last chance...

 

Who says that they can't remove a featured ghost from a person who has been known to abuse tas and other 3rd party software. They are the mods of this thread, they can do whatever the fudge they want.

Yes they can, they moderate this thread and are in full control of what they do to featured ghosts.

We already know that the Ghost Code is legit, that is not what we are talking about. We are talking about him potentially using the Grav Flipper on that track.

So the deal with the ss. I think you can only see the background with a poor quality display. If I tilt my laptop screen way back the track lines show through the white. I don't know what I'm supposed to look for, but yeah I can see the background. If you are blessed with having a quality display then it's not such a blessing in this particular case because no matter the viewing angle you will only see white. Cerulean isn't lying about that bit for sure.

Sharkyfin Dude, please just record your attempts. It's really not hard to prove your innocence in this situation.

Setup

Add a scene (if there is none upon downloading) and select it


Add a source ('Window Capture') and give it a name

Right click it and go "properties" > "window" and select the frhd window

Make it visible (click the slashed eye)


Click transition

And you should be all set to click "Start Recording". Once you have done this, you won't need to ever again. The scene, source, settings, trim, etc will be saved for the next time you want to record. It is worth taking the time to set up once.
To find where OBS recorded the video file, click on File > Show Recordings and it will open your file explorer to where the video is. If you want to know how to change the save location just ask. It's another round of images and instruction and there it isn't strictly necessary, so I didn't include that here.

I know you might already know how to do this, but if you didn't I didn't want to leave any room for excuses. Your reputation is easy to mend at least part way.

Click File > Settings > Audio


I circled the desktop audio sources you can add. (if you ever need mic audio, just use the ones under the circle) You only need 1 so set either of the two to "default" and the other to "disabled". Make sure to click 'apply' before leaving the settings. I think that keeps the setting saved for next time you open OBS.

The slider is just to turn down the volume of that source through OBS. You don't really need it if you don't have multiple sources.

Just make sure the icon is not muted and sound should record. I think it defaulted to muted when I added an audio source for the first time. (took me longer than I am proud to admit to figure that one out lmfao)
