    Still full body 2-4x a week. Now in season with basketball so I'm just maintaining my strength at this point.

    Actually looking closer, very slight difference on the thigh gap. It's probably something you can't see on a photo like that :p the upper looks good though :))

    Actually overlaid the two to see, very noticeable size difference along outer quad sweep

    Don't stop!! It's so important for females to lift, plus you've got years and years ahead of you. It's no rush.

    use a measurement band to keep track of progress, and check if you made any muscle/fat gain or fat loss. i do this once a week on selected spots around my body :)

    Used to take measurements, but I lost my measuring tape

    Then again I'm not a bodybuilder so I suppose it doesn't matter too much :p
