I just found this little gem of a chat that char posted. Char at this point almost any uodate to the actual game would be celebrated by most people in the freerider community. Just dont change anything to an awful color.

• ability to have multiple ghost (strat comparisons, trick ghosts, etc)

Char you should add more helmets and also shirts and different bikes. like if you agree...

 

I think it's necessary to reward more track makers, for example : 100 likes on your map, you gain 200 coins instead of reward the numbers of your tracks.
It would encourage people to make more good tracks and probably increase their game time. Others ideas :
- 100 tracks completed = 500 coins
- beat friend's time : 100 coins
- Rate 10 tracks : 50 coins instead of 10
- 1 rank more on the leaderboard (lifetime) : 100 coins

Also, I think it would be a good idea to have a performance leaderboard, for example a system of points by Top 10 :
1st : 20 points 2 : 15 points 3 : 12 points 4 : 8 points 5 : 6 points 6 : 5 points 7: 4 points 8: 3 points 9: 2 points and 10: 1 point
But I'm conscious it's technically very difficult, perhaps only for campaigns or temporary challenge...
(the number of race wins is a real progress in this idea, for the moment the leaderboard shows how much time do you play and merit to point out the dynamic between riders and creators)

Even Eric can't find out how to search the entries from #WinterContest2017
because there are above 350 pages, 10000 tracks made(per day 400+ tracks) just for November.

That means, even 'play the 10000 tracks for just 0.1 second' is also very tired to Eric himself.

In fact if you don't save the WinterContest2017 by yourself, you
can't finish your SAVE FRHD.

 

Char , I have an idea for an update:
If you have 100/100 in the campaigns, why not have a gold medal kind of thing next to where you have the OA symbol, because say you've worked hard to get 100 but nne knows of your effort?

 

Can you add a button to go back a checkpoint in the mobile version of the frhd web app? It's really difficult completing tracks when every time you hit a checkpoint and are about to die, you have to restart the entire track(the only two buttons are go to checkpoint and restart the track). I know that I mostly play on desktop, so it wouldn't benefit me as much, but I am also trying to get better on mobile, and having this feature be in both versions would help a lot. Thanks!

 

Char I think there should be a notification setting that allows you to know if someone comments on any of your tracks. Like some people ask me questions on my tracks without using my name and it gets frustrating.

 

Yeah , we can look at this. I'm a bit concerned it would be very spammy.

 

That's why there's the handy 'Turn notification off' switch
