How to use spacebar?

Use spacebar is easy, but it's not that easy to use this as an advantage. I started this just pausing before moments that require more attention to do well, but with time and practice it evolved naturally as reflexes. No one told me to do that and I don't even knew that it was a thing. So, you can't learn this in one day, but you need to keep practicing and exploring things.

Or maybe just ignore this, because aparentely there is a rule in the game that says that using spacebar many times in a track it's illegal because many people hate this and like to say that people who use spacebar aren't really ghosters, despite I never saw anything saying that it's really illegal. So, if that "spacebarring thing" is wrong, the devs should have made the pause system like FR3 (where you couldn't use this as advantage because a pause menu was showing up) and not like CR and BHR, home of many "illegal ghosters". There's no point in the devs being against this, because they created this. Ok, maybe I'm not that good without spacebar, but I played many months on FR3 without using this and I wasn't that bad.

And it's not unfair because the spacebar is on everyone's keyboard. I never use this auto spacebar program so for me, I'm doing nothing wrong. And if I'm wrong, please prove.
