    5'9" 130 lbs.

    1 kilo is like 2.2 lbs, easy to remember.

    We should have a fitness thread. (All of 3 people).

    Well I basically had to stop weights for a good 5 months for basketball season, so no good :( I wanted to hit 200 last year but I'm just getting back into it with 160. (lbs).

    Recently got all new plates + bars though so I'm excited to get back into it.

    Yep it definitely could be worse. My goals for the year are:

    120 front squat
    150 back squat
    200 deadlift (conventional)
    80 OHP

    And thanks, but I've already got a program :) I'm on a pretty high frequency, lower volume program, lifting 3-4 days a week. Trying to get those movement patterns back down.
