You can't change your gender and here is why. If you can change it with your mind, it isn't a physical reality. If it isn't a physical reality that makes it a mental condition. Since we know that it is in fact physical that makes it a reality. You can't change reality because you feel a certain way. If you believe you can change it with your feelings, your by definition delusional.
