      20 point judging algorithm.
      10 points: track criteria (length, smoothness, and enjoyment)
      5 points: creativity (was it done by one creator? Is it typical or unique?)
      4 points: artistic ability (was it appealing? Does it resemble their particular game?)
      1 point: relevance to title (did the title have to do with anything?)
