I believe you will need to make a new channel, since the old one probably has verification on it.
Also, you can go around asking some big names, probably on their profiles, or maybe through a private message if they'd like to contribute.
Making a track would also not be a bad idea, since you could draw some people in, could enlist the help of bigger track makers to help add onto it and promote it. Hopefully because you're promoting a desire to bring tips and tools to help players get better at more skills, and in turn create more good ghosters and trackmakers, then the players you ask will agree.
