thats not reassuring lol. you have to make time for your game. we cant gamble you not being on your pc. and your game could possibly take an hour. if you think you can make that much time (if you proceed to the next round you will play 2 more games as well) then tell me.

also an update: it looks like there are more players than expected so possibly the semi finals and finalists as well will be the day after 21st. i hope thats ok with everyone.

after a little bit of discussion with octo we decided its better if there was an increment to prevent flagging so we changed the time control to 10 minutes and a 10-second increment.
if its was 15 minutes with increment they might get too long and we have a schedule to follow. i hope this is ok with everyone.

 

I don't anyone is going to flag with 15 | 0, but I personally like 10 | 10 better so this will be nice

hey since i can't make an account on chess.com (or rather won't reveal name) can i use a real chessboard and just send the coordinates and piece to move through forums?

 

lol since when do you have to reveal your name to make a chess.com account. And we will have to have time control, so you would have a major disadvantage.

Is the problem that your username has your name in it, or is the problem that it says your name on your account profile page? Because if the problem is with it showing on your account page, that can be changed in the settings
