Damn straight though, if you want equality you take every part of it. If a girl was attacking me, I wouldn't go full on but I would definitely defend myself.

 

I'd go full on. If a grown-ass woman wants to go around attacking people, she should expect nothing less than their fullest attempt at defense and retaliation. I would not expect some huge dude to go easy on me simply because I'm smaller than him. If I'm attacking him, he needs to knock my ass out.

IMO it only should matter if she's a minor. It matters anyway in that situation regardless of sex, but if she's an adult, sorry but...you're gonna have to face the consequences of being stupid.

 

You wouldn't want to kill the woman (or even man), just enough to teach them a lesson for ******* up.

 

Takes a lot to kill a person. If you full blown attacked them to that extent, that's messed up. I'm talking going full out until they quit. Just enough to get them away from you.

 

Lol, are we discussing how long it takes to kill a person or the control to hitting them? It's easy to kill someone I guess but why would you defend by killing them on purpose.
I just meant like if it was some small girl against me, you wouldn't expect me hitting her in the face 10 times because she would be pretty ****** up, it would be enough to make her realise how much **** she put herself into (or even a big guy, fudge it I'd take anyone who hit me first). Still, defending yourself is key against anyone amirite.

That's all there is to it. Too often people conflate my type of mindset, which actually resonates closely with the definition of feminism, with abuse towards women or the desire to do so, ex; a cop waiting for any excuse to satisfy his trigger-happy psychopathy. That's not the case at all. I just want to be able to fight back, regardless of the sex of my attacker. This includes legally and in the eyes of society to rather accept it as self defence as opposed to complete condemnation.

 

Lol, I got what you meant and it's right that you should be allowed to do so. I was just thinking of the worst case scenarios of a situation. Rather than a norm.
