I have a slight problem

So at school theres this game called the spoon game, where everyone is assigned a target, and they have to tag them with a spoon, when the target isn't holding, their spoon, or in a safe area on campus(library, gym, during class).

So I'm waiting to be up by my parents, and theres this kid sitting next to me holding his spoon and playing some computer game. So he puts down his spoon to play more intensely, and i ask if i can see the weird ass duct tape he put on the handle (as decoration). So i pick it up, see it, and put it down next to him again, and he doesn't even look up from his screen. But he doesn't grab his spoon immediately, and the person who was supposed to tag him was right around the corner, and so he got tagged. And then he blamed me for getting him out, even tough he was the one who wasn't holding his spoon after i gave it back. So he emailed the host of the game, and asked if he was still in. He asked if someone was holding his spoon when he got tagged (which wasn't true in this case)still in or not. So I had two brownies that were sitting on the table, and he snatches them away from me, and says they're mine b/c you got me out. If the host said he was still in, the kid said he would buy me more brownies later. By the time the host replied, he had eaten both of them,and he said he would buy me more. now he won't buy me them, even tho he's still in the game. he also is being a constant prick

so I've decided to get some revenge on him,

1. get him to buy the brownies
2. make him feel like **** in the process

and by doing:

1. asking his girlfriend to give me the money back (which i can get her to do) and tell her she's dating an ass
2. screw him over

Now i need to know what i can do to get even. i dunno what i can do to him. When someone does something like this, usually you find a bad habit or weakness, and smash them using that. i know ppl will say its ridiculous to fight over this, but no one fuckng messes with me and my brownies, alright?.

This kid is also new to my school, and last year someone messed with my lunch for awhile, and i got him good. he had a habit of standing up in front of is chair all the time(especially at lunch) so every time he stood up, i would pull his chair back and he would fall and get humiliated. If he left his stuff, i would rearrange his binder or put a shitton of salt on his food, you get the gist. And then he stopped like that.

Anyway i need advice on what to do to the brownie steeler. do you have any ideas?
