RE: Cease and Desist of illegal ownership and sale of FIREBEAST official merchandise and reading material. Cease and Desist of copyright infringement on the rights to FIREBEAST narrative.

Examples,

This Cease and Desist letter is to inform you that your actions (copying, owning and re-sale of FIREBEAST's "Life Story", and attempt at owning the copyright to and of FIREBEAST's narrative) are an outright violation of the law (see article 17 of United States Copyright law of 1976). I, as attorney on behalf of my client FIREBEAST, demand immediate termination of the aforementioned illegal actvities, unless you wish to be subject to legal action.

Your unethical actions have caused much emotional distress to my client FIREBEAST, and furthermore threaten to severely damage the financial well-being of FIREBEAST's future. This is not only reprehensible on a moral level, but unacceptable on a financial and legal level.

With this in mind, myself and my client are sending this Cease and Desist as a final warning for you, to end the unlawfulness outlined in this letter. Any failure to do so will result in legal action (of which we have ample evidence to pursue), through the International Criminal Court (ICC), United States Supreme Court, and the Free Rider HD Court of Justice. Please sign and return this Cease and Desist letter as agreement to end the above mentioned illegal activities, that you acknowledge the illegality of your actions, and that you will not attempt at any of these illegal actions again, or risk being subject to legal action.

To whom it may concern,

As the judge presiding over this case in the Free Rider HD Court of Justice, I hereby declare this document backed by the court.

Any further action by either party, of whom consists of Volund , FIREBEATS , Examples , and whomever may be representing the defendant, must be brought before the court and this will be settled infront of a jury of their peers or in the judge's chambers.

As a message towards both the defendants and the prosecutors, please refrain from any direct contact without the presence of your legal counsel or a court appointed official.

Any further questions may be taken up in either private or public, it's yours for the choosing.
