Welcome to detailing thread! Might wanna give a picture since some may not be able to see
Edit: Oh yeah tips and thoughts. I like the two trees you added from the cabin to the closest tree, gives us an idea of the size and distance of everything. I'd say redo your roof slabs and cut down on the dark outlines of each, also tree trunk outlines are too smooth. Those are the things you could work on, not gonna judge anything based on skill but these suggestions are stuff you could change to make better. So far it is looking good.

 

lol sorry to be "that guy" but how do you add pictures?? and btw for people who can see it I added about 100k more today

 

It looks very nice, may want to try adding more background scenery and fill in some of the empty spaces but looks cool

Looks pretty good so far, but why are you using you using your old work though?

 

idk im in the process of fixing it up and making it cleaner and btw yea the background isn't finished aspirit

Joelbmx I love the tree you posted, I like the silhouette type leaves. The rocks are a bit sloppy and some of the lines are too straight but looking good!
Also, Maple for some reason I can't see most of the pictures posted in the forum. Some I can see, some I can't. Any suggestions?

Thanks, I'm trying to practice drawing rocks which has always been my downfall.

 

while w are on the topic of rocks, which rock detail do you guys like better
in comparison, the rock on the left is 1/4 the size of the other rock

 

I like the one on the left and right i like the one on the left because of the surrounding rocks and the grass growing in front of it. The one on the left just looks like a rock, amazing! I suggest you put some grass in front of it, like the one of the left.

I'm with Jacob on this one. If you were to combine the texture of the rock on the right with the grass on the one on the left, you will have the sexiest rock ever.

 

The rock on the left would be better bigger. The rock on the right is overdone with lines that don't make much sense

 

Personally I think it depends on what theme you are going for, the one of the left looks much more simplistic than the one on the right. The scenery around it will help you pick the rock you want.
