does anyone have any ideas on drawing rain? of course there's just putting slashes across the whole track but honestly that just looks dull and muddles the entire look of tracks.

i've been experimenting myself but seeing what the community thinks about it would be sick

 

How do you draw people?

 

with rain, u have to be a lot more abstract, if ur not gonna draw individual raindrops u have to show that its raining using the rest of the track
for example: a splashes in puddle or pond or water droplets rolling down a leaf

the more creative u can get, the more convincing ur rain can be

draw a stick fiigure, as a dimentional reference
detail in the face first then add the real limbs and body

the bigger u draw, the more lifelike details u can add

 

the people i draw are kind of trippy and ogre-like but hope this helps

 

Now to work out how to draw bare feet without it looking like, well I don't even know what it looks like lmao
