FRHD is very strict on multi accounts, don't do it and if you'd really like to you should ask them and give some valid reasons

Im writing a tool to check if multi accounts have rated the same tracks, so get ready for some bans. Multi accounts that down vote or up vote tracks will not be tolerated. It ruins the fun for everyone, and is straight up cheating. I will not feel bad at all if we need to ban players, as they will be replaced by people who actually play by the rules.
