smaller progress update: gonna be trying from here on out to keep my 2nd pass consistently at 5k IDs behind my first pass. Currently I am at ID 7500 on my first and ID 2500 on my second. Here are my stats: #1: 1664 #2: 1230 #3: 913 #4: 742 #5: 622 #6: 494 #7: 396 #8: 365 #9: 257 #10: 183 N/A: 3240 Also worth noting that I am very close to achieving another goal mentioned in a previous post of getting 500 6th places and 400 7th places. haven't been aiming for them specifically but i've been trying to improve ghosts that end up below those and not improving ones that people beat that push me into those ranges, just to round things out. probably will finish that up within a week. from there on it's just grinding out ghosts, nothing specific in mind.
alright SO I have hit a bunch of interesting little milestones in the past couple of days. This is my current breakdown: #1: 1693 #2: 1254 #3: 927 #4: 763 #5: 634 #6: 507 #7: 405 #8: 377 #9: 262 #10: 178 N/A: 3106 here's all the little goals I've surpassed that I'd like to share: 1. 2/3s of the way through the IDs on my first pass (2/3s was at ID 7738, I am at 7750 now) 2. 7000 top 10's (10106 - 3106 = 7000) 3. 400 7th places and 500 6th places (rounds out my goal for having the next hundred of every placement up from 10) 4. 1/6 comm classics are a FIRST place for me (10106 / 6 = 1685, I have 1693 now) This is the craziest one to me!!!! 5. Over 50% of comm classics are a TOP 5 for me (10106 / 2 = 5053, I have 5271. Did this awhile ago but didn't notice ) some pretty wild stats tbh lol. kinda crazy i've gotten this far and I still have so far to go. totoca was able to delete about 20-30 or so random hacked ghosts I had compiled several days ago. I have a list with about 300 more that he has not gotten to (but plans to). I am also still finding more as I work my way through the tracks so that little project isn't done either lol. not sure what major milestone to work towards next. we'll see.

that's fair lol, If i was wanting to start this project now instead of when I did then I don't think I'd be able to commit. but now being 7k tracks in it's another story. I see the finish line lol Edit: although competition on the short tracks within the subset of community classics would be welcome considering the fact that I have 180 10th places, you can pretty easily knock me down one small peg by beating me on any of those

Currently 71.8% of the way though with all top 10's. Also improved a handful of low placing times I had to even out my placements a bit. Progress is a bit slow as it's hard to stay motivated and I am busy with work often. If all the hacked ghosts were cleaned up it'd be a solid motivation boost as I'd have at least decently accurate numbers for the first time but that's pretty much it. The later into the IDs you go, the more dookie the average track is it seems.

lots of big news! calc was able to wipe EVERY cheated community classic time that I know of, which has helped my rankings by a solid bit. I have also progressed another 250 tracks for both passes (8750 and 3750 respectively) Stats: #1: 1883 (these got the biggest bump from the cheater wipe) #2: 1349 #3: 992 #4: 835 #5: 686 #6: 550 #7: 447 #8: 383 #9: 276 #10: 179 N/A: 2526 I currently have 7580 top 10 community classic times. aka exactly 75%!!!!! for 3 of every 4 community classics you play I am on the leaderboard. such a crazy thing to say
update: 9k and 4k on my first and second passes respectively. these past few have taken me awhile because they've been brutally painful to play. at some point in the IDs, the tracks went from randomly distributed to being grouped by author which means I play a bunch of tracks from the same author in a row. this leads to playing a lot of god awful tracks in a row. for example, ID 8725-8803 are all jaketocake tracks, about half of which are just trash and not fun. ID 8845-8901 are all LDPrider tracks, a bunch of which are hard trials. just not enjoyable and quick to play. #1: 1915 #2: 1369 #3: 1012 #4: 851 #5: 703 #6: 570 #7: 450 #8: 394 #9: 286 #10: 171 N/A: 2385 lots of records! over 700 5th's and 1000 3rds. top 10 on 76.4% of tracks.
