The use of fill tool will be minimal and won't be act as a substitute to detailing. But when filling a part is necessary, it'll save a lot of time rather than spending 10 minutes just to fill a part perfectly.
I think he might have done just that. However this discussion is becoming kinda heated an more than a little off topic, so can it be moved to a less casual forum, post, thread, or thingy (I forgot which one it was). This wasn't meant to start an argument. It was simply a place where you can post ideas on your whim whenever one happens to come to mind, where the administrators can see it.
