Well, the giveaway is 7 hours and 7 minutes away!
I will put a fair note here, so people do not call this a bias draw.
Each player will be assigned a number, and that number will be the order they posted in. This means that the first poster of "I'm in" will be first, the second will be second, etc.
This means that I won't be changing the list so it makes specific people win.

I don't believe the number will be random unless another party selects the number at random.

 

What I mean is, there is a Random number generator. (random.org) Each user will be assigned the number, which is the order of which they posted in. So if I change the order, you could just check it by checking who posted first, second, etc.
