I was playing this game for 4 years (2014) but never made an account yet and lots of people left the game. Lots of professionals in the FRHD ghosting world and the artists of the game retired and moved on and when I'm just making friends one of the best leaves. I hope you do well in life. i was the same on free rider 2 too, i knew like all the pros and best track makers but didn't have forums, the next time i played which was 9 years later, only a few remained, and they remained on frhd

i was contemplating leaving as well, because thinking about it, it really does get in my way of me doing any sort of work related to school and other IRL activities. i don't think I will though for a while, i'll just take breaks every now and again.

I’ve pretty much been playing free rider/canvas rider/frhd ever since middle school (like 2008), and stuck with it because I was never really that much of a gamer. I never had a ps3 or Xbox 360, so that generation of console gaming I wasn’t a part of. So if I was bored enough, I would play games at school or at home on a PC.

What I like about it, is the game’s replay ability. It’s a simple concept that will never get old, because you have the ability to make something new. That’s why I’ll come back and make a track after months, sometimes years apart. Because I know I’ll have fun playing this game.

The game doesn’t hold me back from living my life at all. I’m not addicted to the game, I just enjoy playing when I can.

That being said, if you feel you have to quit to be able to focus on more important things, I support that and wish you the best.
