Ok, this is a completely invalid argument. This actually makes me excited to answer. I know you were exaggerating to make a point about the number of people showing up at his rallies, but that is mainly due Covid-19. Unlike some (not all) Trump supporters, most Biden supporters are taking the virus seriously. That means not gathering up shoulder to shoulder with thousands of random people not wearing masks.
Oh boy, some more fun. Voter turnout this year was abnormally high. This election has had the highest stakes in modern American history. Both candidates are the extreme representation of their party, this election was so crucial that many Americans who had not even bothered to vote previously decided they cared enough this time around. Both candidates got more votes than any other president ever. So comparing this election to previous ones means nothing.

Edit: To be more specific because I feel I didn't directly answer your question, Biden's large number of votes didn't necessarily come from him being better than Hillary or Obama - which he isn't in my opinion - but rather because so many more people voted, and a good portion of them on the democratic side who may have not cared or had difficulty voting previously. Sorry if this was unclear before.
Ooh! This one is the best of all! Not only was it not "impossible", but it was to be expected. Trump explicitly told his supporters not to vote by mail, so the in person votes were in favor of Trump. That is why he was winning on November 3rd. Then, once the mail in ballots that were considerably favored towards Biden started being counted, what do you know? Bidens numbers went up. You'll probably just ignore everything I said, but I didn't want to leave that ill-informed argument un-answered.

You know why they aren't taking it serious? BECAUSE IT'S A JOKE! (like I think I have said before) Mega dose vitamin C cures it if you have it.

It isn't a joke. Many have suffered the effects of it. Since I can clearly tell that you are one to claim that the deaths due to Covid-19 are from wrongly cited autopsies, I'll clear that up for you too. While covid may not have been the disease that ended up killing the victim, it is in almost all cases a contributing factor. It alters the immune system, leaving the victim in a much more susceptible condition. I have heard people say that they know someone who "died in a car crash and were marked as a covid death", and while I am skeptical of the legitimacy of that, I'll say it's true for the sake of your argument. That didn't happen to 320,000+ people. If those stories are true, I am genuinely disgusted by the actions of those marking it as a Covid death, but that doesn't change the seriousness of this virus. Calling the virus "a joke" after 320,000+ deaths is incredibly ignorant.
Vitamin C does not cure it. While vitamin C is thought to have beneficial effects in patients with other severe and critical illnesses, it has not been proven for Covid.
A quote directly from the Mayo Clinic sums this up well, "Supplements. Many people take vitamin C, zinc, green tea or echinacea to boost their immune systems. But these supplements are unlikely to affect your immune function or prevent you from getting sick. The supplement colloidal silver, which has been marketed as a COVID-19 treatment, isn’t safe or effective for treating any disease." Even if all of this is wrong, which it isn't, that doesn't even make vitamin C a "cure". While vitamin C is used to boost your immune system, it would not necessarily make a covid patient "all better" or save them from death, especially in severe cases. I am not sure where you heard this, but feel free to link it. As for me, I WILL link the sources I used, both extremely credible and extremely recent:

They can get it, but it wont do very much harm. People are blowing this covid-19 situation out of proportion
