I didn't get a screenshot of the biker because I died to the bomb before pausing.
I guess it doesn't really count as a balloon because of the criteria in the thread but I made it as a little challenge. It isn't too hard.

Hint: It is on the other side of the teleport above the tube in this picture below.

I clipped through 3 times but only one of them stayed alive and rode up that wall
you wanna be going up quickly and slam it w your back tire and brake the second you're through
