    Haha, I would say yes, but that would be unfair because I drew part of it :) Therefore, it would automatically win...jk, but nope, sorry. You should fo sho join though!! That would be awesome.

    Yup! But the contest is next month, so as long as you can finish it by then. Then yeah, for now, since I haven't really made any rules yet, but I'm pretty sure you'll be allowed to :)
