Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Assuming your parents paid for 1. the phone 2. the phone bill 3. the internet bill 4. you live in their house.

Basically, if you are under their roof and using their money, they should be able to do whatever they want.

I really don't think so. Think about what it would do to your relationship with your parents (especially if taking away the phone was unjust or considered unjust) and how helpful and amazing a phone can be. I would rather not talk about my whole situation here but I think it would be alright if I talked to you about this in private
