Free rider forums promote interaction between other people, similar to social media, so it is bad and should be removed

 

i can't even argue against this. I would suck at debate lol

 

I guess I should reword the prompt to only include social media that fit the description of things like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
forums, blogs,.. platforms that are almost purely discussion-based don't really fit in with the way the big ones work to constantly feed you with distractions and how they are structured.

I guess it's important to group social media by some category, so it's clear which ones we are talking about. Whenever I think about negative social media, I think of the ones I listed above. Good social media makes me think of forum-like, discussion-based platforms like blogs or forums. Even YouTube is just a video sharing search engine. Hardly like other social media (in the sense that it is missing all the garbage that the others have. obviously other social media has video sharing).

idk how bad Facebook really is though... last time I saw it, it didn't seem as bad as the others

 

The Spirit of Christmas has been popularized and commercialized mostly to promote movies and advertise for products. Prove me wrong.

 

movies and products are causes more worthy of celebration than the phony “prophet” jesus (actually just a mentally ill cult leader). i hope you are all going to spend christmas supporting local small businesses like movie theaters and giving your family members nice gifts to show you appreciate them instead of indulging in the delusional worship of one of history’s greatest conmen.
