Individually categorize if you please:
-detailing (general), detail niches (specific)
-tracking making ability (best rides)
-creativity(whatever category)
-trial making… autos … (auto niches?)
-storytelling, scene setting. etc

This helps a lot since I’ve been out of the loop. I’m liking to organize something and would love your input / feedback - side note, ghosters are appreciated too, this thread is just focused on trackmaking at the moment.

G-raffe and Netsik make some of the cleanest tracks i've ever seen. if you haven't seen their stuff yet you should check it out. very impressive to a messy detailer like me

Take everything I say with a grain of salt, but I'd say my favorite current detailing has been by loge_0 malishya Drndemi SilentFinger Maple bladee and definitely nasrani . Nas is the goat as of recent check all of his new stuff out that you can. Flying_T_Rex is very cool, Elibloodthirst obviously. I don't know how far back we're talking, I don't know when you were last active but Holystone is definitely one of my personal favorites.

The most creative rides recently have been by Loge, but drndemi has had some very good ones too. Depending on the track nas has also had some very interesting ones.

Most creative things I've seen have been from nas, loge, maple, and Ness probably.

alexander is without a doubt the best storyteller on this entire site. Maple is great, but especially between SOTA and Molta World he clears anything this site has seen.

 

my favourite trackmaker right now is nasrani, just because of the sheer amount of great tracks they've posted last year
possibly the greatest track has been made this week by alexander with molta world
the most active great trackmakers imo currently (posting tracks consistently this year) are; nas, eli, maple, alex, loge and mr..a
for detailing, you have maple, eli, nas, bladee, drndemi
for storytelling and scene setting it's nas and alexander for sure

 

loge_0, eli, maple, alex, nas and bladee are the best which have uploaded in the last 12 months, and are actively working on tracks. of these i think loge has been pumping out the best work the most consistently, have a play of 10k sqm, wah, oxford comma and updraft; he's a real savant of the game, on a similar level to peak ness imo

ppl who have uploaded but on a less-regular basis than the above, includes eryp, silentfinger, ness, drndemi, moinotchubb. drndemi's pokemon card contest entry (which took first place) is a must-play, and onyx by eryp is as well. the latter of which i think is one of the best tracks ever uploaded on the site. moi is an up-and-coming author, super creative. sf makes some of the best architecture on the game, and ness... is ness lol. not sure if you were around when he uploaded aurora, but worth a look either way; the track is so insane

autos are kinda dead, frhd being in higher fps than bhr/cr and the rate at which autos break really killed the auto community esp when bhr was still up. few transitioned over from those games. noob (fin riders), darksmoke11 and a few others made a few cool autos. weem is the best by far though. idk how much the two of you remember of auto techniques/guides etc, but the game really could do with a thorough guide of what makes an auto great. if you two feel the compunction to make one, would be an incredible resource for the community!

alex is the obvious storyteller here, but eli deserves his flowers too; play through desperation iii for an incredible track and emotional/introspective story ! sleep paralysis by churro is also a story track, one of the best too; definitely worth checking out
