The time limit is taken into account. If you work as hard as you can you could put out like 1/100th of a normal track.

 

How will you know if the person has done it in an hour??

True true but you don't actually know all track makers? Now do you my track is gonna be 25-20 sec long with mediocre detail so yeah

 

that sounds like it would take about an hour to make if you hurry.
approx 5 secs detailed
approx 20 secs moderate detail
1 min + almost no detail.
That is about what it takes

 

I will rush but like I said I'm taking little breaks and actually timing my self to be fair

Prob pointless advice, but just in case... You guys should plan out a track prior, maybe doodle some ideas before actually starting the timer and trying to manage whatever you can. Seriously, 1 hour can really close the gap between skills so everyone should have a very much equal chance of winning. Anyways in.
