Still full body 2-4x a week. Now in season with basketball so I'm just maintaining my strength at this point.

They aren't though, all my pants went from loose - tight

 

Actually looking closer, very slight difference on the thigh gap. It's probably something you can't see on a photo like that the upper looks good though )

Don't stop!! It's so important for females to lift, plus you've got years and years ahead of you. It's no rush.

use a measurement band to keep track of progress, and check if you made any muscle/fat gain or fat loss. i do this once a week on selected spots around my body

 

Used to take measurements, but I lost my measuring tape

Then again I'm not a bodybuilder so I suppose it doesn't matter too much
