I've decided to finally contribute to the community (for the first time in 2+ years) and host a remix contest. It will be 3 rounds. Once the track is posted, you have 6 days to work on it, and then a 1 day break. Second track has been posted. Make sure to submit track before Sunday, 12/10 (EST/UTC-5). If track is considered late, then points will be deducted.

TIPS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Remember, the most important thing here is that you all enjoy making these tracks. My goal is to make people happy with some friendly competition. But to have the most fun, you should remember these 3 pieces of advice. One, try to switch up the ride a little. Perhaps you make flow tracks and the ride is an offroad. Make it your style, but try to keep the original feel to the track. Two, make sure your detail is consistent. To help with this (and to push authors outside of their comfort zone), I'm assigning a theme to each round. The theme will be important, but I also feel that the themes should be broad, so authors can be creative. And finally, remember that at the end of the day, this is a game and should be fun. If you take this too seriously, you won't be able to enjoy it. Enjoy!

JUDGING CRITERIA: Tracks will be judged in 4 categories. Each track will be judged on Theme (out of 10), Detail (out of 10), Creativity (out of 5), and the Ride (out of 5). Each judge will give their scores, which will then be averaged. In the end, the maximum amount of points an author can gain in a round is 30. Therefore, the final total of points will be out of 90.
