i did 150 pushups last night today i swam for 30 minutes and i'm taking a 2 day break from pushups for my muscles to grow
i am currently a little fat. i do walk 1 hour a day 5 days a week. i mainly play chess and do my homework while sitting. so yes i am quite thicc. i have no intention of doing anything extra anytime soon.
Thinking about this, I should probably do some more exercise in the future I have to done any in a while My extreme metabolism lets me eat anything and be fine, but would probably be worth it to put more effort into working out
