Yes, you can. You have 2 challenges to use until Week 30. After that, your challenges will be reseted to 2 and you'll be able to make 2 more challenges until the end of the contest in Week 35. Since you are in the Bronze rank, you can only challenge people from the Bronze rank or above. You can't challenge people that are already on a challenge or on a break. You can find the players that are on challenge on the main post of this thread:
https://community.freeriderhd.com/threads/org-challenges-and-breaks.13435/
The thread above is the one where we are announcing challenges and breaks now, so after you check the main post to see if the player you plan to challenge is not on a challenge or break you can say "I challenge *insert name of the player here* for a challenge". You can also see who is available checking the spreadsheet (
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...20R764bzB0EAYhMdPwpcoE8UF4/edit#gid=245188596). If their name is with a white font, they are on a break, if it is with a purple font, they are on challenge. If that's not the case, they are available for a challenge. In your case, you can challenge anyone from the ranks Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Master. The highest score and rank the challenged player is, the most points you'll get in case of a win, and the least points you will lose in case of a loss. My advice would be challenging the highest placed player you think you can beat. Any more questions let me know, if the main post of the ORG Challenges and Breaks and the main post of the main ORG thread are not enough.
We kind of made a recommendation (not 100% a rule, but it kinda is), that ORG players shouldn't make tracks for ORG. Sometimes we'll pick a track that was made by an ORG player, but we usually don't do that and try to avoid having ORG players making new tracks for the contest. But we had a few exceptions. For example, Coated_Badger had a track ready for ORG that he was planning to use for a bonus round, before he left the ORG team. Since pretty much everyone won points on that round, we didn't think it was really unfair. I made 2 tracks for ORG as well, both for bonus rounds. In one of the cases, I worked with Madara in one track and published it, but it was also a bonus round where most people won points, and at the end of the day, we had decided that we would try to always make the tracks for the bonus rounds to not let anyone have any advantage on the track, but Madara and I were the only ones available from the team for the task on that week, so my help was needed. I made the most recent bonus round as well, but let's be honest, my match was against Cerasium, RedOrBlue and DrChill, so I'm pretty sure that even though it was my track I didn't have that much advantage on it. The track was finished like a few hours before the round started, so it's not like I had weeks of practice on the track. My first deathless ghost was made after the track was published. I just played the necessary to complete the track and get the ride right. Since Coated_Badger created the ORG and was once in the team and I'm on the team now, and I was the only one available to make a track last week, the most relevant case of ORG players making a track for ORG was the one from DrChill. He was working on a really good track and asked us if he could use the track for the ORG. We weren't sure at first, since the matches are mostly made in a random way, which could make it a bit unfair for his opponent, depending on who it was. But he said he would take a break on that week, so it wouldn't be unfair. We then accepted to use his track for ORG and since it was a new track, we decided to make a bonus round on it. It was a "4 player group match" bonus round, so if DrChill joined he would be facing RedOrBlue, Cerasium and I. Since it was like 1 or 2 days before the start of the round and we already knew who his opponents would be, we asked RedOrBlue and Cerasium if they thought it would be unfair if DrChill ghosted the track and they were fine with it, and so was I. So we mentioned that to DrChill and he ended up joining that round as well and taking the 1st place on the track, which was quite surprising since we messed up his original route finding a shortcut in the round, but he managed to adapt and make a really solid ghost. So yeah, usually, we don't let ORG players make new tracks for ORG, but there's some exceptions, whenever they make sense and everyone is cool with it (and the track is cool, honestly).
