      i don't see how racing on alt would change anything. sure there isn't a ghost already saved and it may be hard to recreate a featured level ghost on a track, but if a person has spent the time to grind out the track to the point of getting a featured ghost on it, just playing on an alt isn't going to change much. The player who has played the track before has an advantage by default, so imo playing on an alt is a waste of an account. Just like in normal ghosting comps, the ghoster who has played more tracks is more often going to be better than the person who's played less.

      In short, playing on an alt doesn't change the fact that they've played the track before, so making an alt just to make a worse ghost is pointless.
      Also from looking at all the self-deprecating comments on this thread, I doubt anyone believes they'd win against a featured level ghoster if they were matched against one even if they are on an alt.
