I decided I didn't like the detail that was going on, so I decided to scratch that and start in a different direction. I know that it was a quick WIP that was abandoned, but I could see it wasn't going well. I like this one a lot better. What do you think @Elibloodthirst

 

Mouse, brush then line. I'm investing into a bamboo pen.

 

Do you think the detail is good, or just meh.

 

Left side is good, very right isn't at all.

 

The very end right? I thought that looked bad. I was trying to make a cliff, but had no idea how.

 

Yeah, the cliff sucks.

 

How should I make it better?

I changed it up a bit.

 

If you don't mind me giving input - the cliffs match the start great, but the bit I circled above throws off the perspective and looks out of place

U don't have to be good/worthy at detailing to ask for help there

 

Looks familiar to someone else's detail, couldn't really point out who it's familiar to right now but it's relatable to someone. (not trying to say that a bad thing, I mean references just help you find your own style as long as you're not completely ripping theirs)

As for your boy WheelieMaker, he got some tracks in the works. Don't know when my next track will be out, sometime next week maybe.

 

I'm trying to come up with my own style, but it's just hard for me. Trying this detail is the first time I have tried to draw good.

 

Just started detailing my first track in ages - very rusty so I'm going to make it short

 

I like.

 

It's for posting WIP tracks and giving constructive criticism, and that is what's going on.
