Unlockable Bikes

We have headgear that you can buy with coins, but that's it so far.

What if there were different types of unlockable bikes other than the Mountain Bike and BMX?
Or would this ruin the continuity of highscore times?
Would having bikes that go faster but cost lots of coins create a disadvantage for new players?

Anyway... I want to know what you all think. I'm sure you'll all have a very strong opinion.

 

I like the idea to have different bikes,but i don't know what everybody would say.

 

I like the idea of maybe a purchasable motorcycle.

 

I think we should make it look better, but functionally same with bmx or mtb.

 

Yeah, and maybe be able to change the color

Having unlockable bikes would, as you said, ruin the continuity of high score times. It would also make new players have a pretty much 0% chance of getting the #1 time. If it was possible to just change the color then that would be fine. But also, if there were to be more vehicles, then it would kinda become like Happy Wheels or the mobile app Draw Rider

 

Yeah, I see your point. Maybe you unlock the bikes after so many hours playing, or after a certain point number is achieved. Also, these bikes should just look cooler, and not affect a players speed

 

And maybe if you publish a certain amount of tracks.

i see what you mean about only 2 bikes makes things kind of plain, but rather than making entirenew bikes, make both the bike and rider fully customize-able, i personally would love strait black additions to the bike that would add style while being purely cosmetic, colors would be optional, but never colored lines for drawing, that stays black and grey

 

and the cosmetic upgrades to the bike can be unlocked, but not bought, so additions would show who has worked for them, while not giving the rider an advantage over regular riders

If it was unlockabke, it would have to be hard to get!

 

The creator would choose what vehicles are allowed, and then only people with those vehicles could play. That would balance it.

 

I agree that the customization of bikes would be a good addition, also maybe add things like a different looking bike but it does the same thing

 

i agree but not new bikes maybe just different colours and different clothes to put on your character because some people have so much coins and have nothing to do with them

 

I agree we should have unlockable/buyable new bikes, because the game would be more interesting! For example: of it was an uphill it could be, day an electric bike, or for going upside down you could have a sticky wheeled or gravity change bike ( grav change could be the rarest). Anyway I think that FRHD would greatly benefit from New bikes
