Well, I guess that's it, guys. The 31st ORG round is over, here are the results. I'll be updating the spreadsheet soon. Not gonna lie, this week didn't went as planned, lol. We had the lowest completion rate ever for an ORG track, only 12 players out of the 57 we have in the contest completed the track, so I guess we can say the results weren't good. We aimed for a trial this round, since we it had been like a month since we had a trial in ORG. We aimed for something that wasn't too hard but wasn't too easy either. In some sense, I think that this week's track has this balance, but I agree that that boost part is a ride killer, since the trick required to pass that part is usually not that easy to get everytime, especially for non-spacebarrers, so I guess that that part combined with the absence of useful checkpoints and the length of the track made it very painful for most players. Although we do think we should have easier and harder tracks in the contest, we apologize for that, since picking a track where only 5 people had completed it before might not be the best thing for a ghosting contest as open as the ORG. With that said, be aware that we might have a blob round next week and a bonus round right in the next one after that. So be smart with your challenges, since those will be very limited in the the 2 last weeks. Not sure if there's many shoutouts to make this week, but I guess that Cerasium and RadiumRC deserve a shoutout for sub 1-minute in the track. I almost got it as well. I managed to blew this lead at one point (before Cerasium improved), lol:

So, I guess that other than that, everyone that completed deserves a shoutout, so props to Cerasium, RadiumRC, Totoca12, Cork, Silver_bird7, TheMemeBiker, Chaos-Fallen, RubeGoldberger, Pie42, pawflix, Skriper/Soundwaves and CHARREDLIZARD21 for that. RadiumRC and Silver_bird7 keeping their undefeated win streak, good stuff!

Oh, that actually makes sense. So yeah, that might have caused a shortage of 1 hour for some players.

 

Usually if you lose a match without completing the track you would lose the standard points for a loss + 30 extra points. What we removed was the 30 extra points. So right now it doesn't matter if you complete the track or not if you lose a match. In the previous weeks before this round it did matter.
